Viva is a self-watering pot with a discreetly concealed watering function. A fine wick connects soil and water, allowing roots to absorb exactly the amount of water they need. Culinary herbs with delicate leaves and compact growth, such as basil and parsley, thrive with this gentle watering from below. It keeps foliage dry and promotes strong, healthy roots. The subtly narrowed top supports the plant’s growth while reducing evaporation, and the breathable terracotta allows roots to breathe freely, helping prevent rot. There is ample room to plant directly in Viva. Herbs are watered from below and stay fresh as long as there is water in the saucer.
