The following product guarantees are available with original proof of purchase:Warranty replacement on all nursery stock, perennials and roses is available from June 1st* to October 31st.
Simply present your original receipt and the plant in question and we will replace it with a new item of the same product or credit to the original form of payment.
We want you to love every purchase from Sheridan Nurseries. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with the original receipt to any of our eight Garden Centres. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange within 14 days (7 days for flowering houseplants and orchids) with an original receipt, with the following exceptions: gift cards, active wear including leggings, select jewellery and clearance merchandise which are all final sale.
Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card. If you cannot provide your original receipt, we will do our best to look it up in our system; however, if no receipt is available, we will do our best to offer an exchange or gift card for an equivalent product value at our discretion. We are also happy to offer price adjustments within 7 days on all products with the exception of seasonal plants and clearance items.
The best way to protect your purchase is to register your phone number at checkout and sign up for email receipts.

All gift items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card up until January 10th. No cash refunds. Excludes Christmas décor purchased after December 20th.
Christmas décor items purchased from December 11th to December 19th can be refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card only.
Christmas décor items purchased on or after December 20th are final sale.
