Calathea plants are known for their foliage, characterized by intricate patterns, vibrant colours, and unique textures. One of the most interesting features of Calathea plants is their interactive behaviour. Their leaves rhythmically open and close in response to daylight changes, adding a dynamic and lively element to your home or office environment.
Calathea lancifolia, commonly known as the Rattlesnake Plant, is a popular species with distinctive lance-shaped, dark green leaves with wavy edges and purplish undersides. Its striking foliage features intricate patterns resembling the skin of a rattlesnake, hence its common name.
