Boxwood - Green Velvet

Introduced by Sheridan Nurseries in 1973, this has the darkest green foliage of the Sheridan Boxwood and a large leaf size. New growth is a bright green and provides good contrast in May and September. Use for small space gardening, container gardening, mass planting, and hedging. This variety is also drought tolerant.
